• A Day for Sound Exploration with Spring's Rising Energies in the sacred space of the Sound Chamber and the beautiful gardens.

• An opportunity to use ‘Sound’ to connect with our inspiration and to explore the potential of Spring’s rising energy.

• An exploration of our relationship with ‘Air’, the Celtic element for Spring

AUTUMN SEASONAL SOUNDS DAY

• A day of 'Healing Sounds' and 'Exploring our Relationship with the Energy of Autumn'

• An opportunity to use 'Sound' to reflect on our personal achievements and ground our energies in preparation for the winter ahead

• An exploration of our relationship with 'Water', the Celtic element for Autumn
